Following the traces of important scientists of the recent past and interacting with 140 technicians in various scientific disciplines woven with passion and love of applied research, we have created patents that use new generation machines suitable for fitting into the multiple industrial activities of the most varied sectors.

We would like to offer to industry the latest technology in a special blue field of ecological restoration. Across the globe, centuries of unsustainable activities have damaged the aquatic, marine, and terrestrial environments that underpin our economies and societies and give rise to a diversity of wildlife and plants. LBD is dedicated to reversing this degradation and restoring the earth’s ecological balance for the benefit of humans and nature. It is no secret that today’s world is struggling with the challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss, sustainable resource extraction and human poverty. Since our incorporation in 2009, we have made it our mission to advance the field of ecological restoration using our FDL Megatron technology. FDL technologies are at the top for obtaining competitive products with qualitatively new utilization properties. This trend is also applicable in nano-technology. Solving these problems requires: creation of new materials with qualitatively new (sometimes specially – pre-set) properties; creation of technical tools that allow achieving of these properties on the cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner. Since conventional shredders, based on the principle of mechanical action have almost reached the upscale of their technological limits, the main target lies in the development of processes and devices in many sectors aimed at intensifying the physic-chemical reactions in turbulent, cavitation, vortex, film and inkjet in small devices with the release of the crushed product to gain highly homogeneous (uniform), suspensions, emulsions and powders. Not only the implementation of many processes in similar ways can be effective in terms of costs and performance, but also allow to radically improve the efficiency and to create a new technology to gain new products that cannot be manufactured through using traditional methods. Under the leading scientists heading the Light Blue Dolphin New energy Research Technology, they have been executed and successfully finished the research and advanced development processes as the Release Testing of the industrial unit named «Loto Flower Megatron » for dressing of the «heavy-extractable» elements, precious metals as the rare earths through the «dry-method» of disintegration for receiving classified micro-powders in our labs. The patented new technology is a breaking-through innovation that allows to gain dressing or grinding or to extracting of elements from ores, water, sewage, techno genic-waste and to defragment the particles to the size of 5-1 micron as gaining of micro powders of the rare-earths, variously compounded micro powders or grinding of nano-tubes or fullerenes. The technical description and documentation to develop the modification of units – from mobile to heavy industrial, geared to the needs of individual ore-deposits or manufacturing facilities. In resonance pulsed FDL mills a new technology, non-contact milling of materials, is being used, in which the milling processes are performed by means of an air vortex, artificially produced in an enclosed space of the processing chamber of the vortex pulsed mill.

The equipment, which was created on the basis of resonance vortex milling technology patented by Gian Maria Barbotto in Rome, makes it possible to mill any material, from wheat grain to diamonds. The phenomenon of crushing materials of any hardness is attributable to the creation of zones in the vortex mill that have a pressure gradient of up to hundreds of thousands of atm’s, the generation of multi-stage pulsating resonance, of particles. These effects are similar to those that develop in the air of a tornado column created by nature.

The global project in its broader view got the ambitious goal of producing, through the realization of a series of research programs, a significant and remarkable improvement in the quality of life, reducing pollution and anhydrides production and, at the same time, increasing the production of energy at a very low cost. In this specific context, we proposed the development of a system of spraying of solid and liquid materials called Lotus Flower Megatron; to this project has been devoted over 75,000 hours of research, as well as the investment of substantial financial resources partly from private individuals, partly from the same researchers.

LBD Ltd. has a laboratory of mechanical and electronics in Sanremo (Italy) where it can be independently developed and studied prototypes in 80 different projects… from architecture, agriculture to nano tech…
