Technological Flow Dust imploded by FDL Megatron systems
Our scientific research company has pioneered groundbreaking technological innovations in the field of implosion pulverization, achieving a fully closed-loop powder cycle that leaves zero residue. Once separated from precious metals, all powders are selectively categorized for reuse based on their intrinsic characteristics. Clays can be flocculated and transformed through mixing and extrusion. Similarly, other minerals and byproducts can be blended—either together or with specialized additives—to create photovoltaic plasters, 3D-printing powders, advanced thermal insulation materials, pyroelectric and piezoelectric quartzites, cosmetic-grade clays, dyes, and pulverized basalts. These basalts offer a non-oxidizing, highly durable alternative to iron in construction rods. Furthermore, our process recovers valuable oxides and trace elements for agricultural applications, turning what was once considered waste into a diverse array of revenue-generating resources.
In practice, secondary dusts are elevated into primary commodities across multiple distinct industries, generating continuous economic value. Every stage of dust handling utilizes closed-loop pneumatic systems engineered for absolute operational safety. Ultimately, we achieve total recycling; through precise pulverization, classification, blending, and extrusion, every byproduct is converted into a valuable asset.
This advanced technological vision redefines the mining industry. Rather than devastating landscapes, abandoning polluted sites, and leaving behind hydrogeological instability without ecological restoration, our technology restores long-lost environmental harmony. Through bio-orgone agriculture, we actively revive native plantations and reestablish ecological balance. Waste dust is effectively eliminated: materials are commercialized directly according to market demand, while specialized mineral dusts are purposed for high-utility sectors. Advanced separation is achieved using proprietary electromagnetic dynamic resonance, mass differential sorting, and computerized pneumatic systems. A series of fine-dust separator cyclones, customized to the precise mineralogical analysis of the implosion process, ensures immaculate sorting.
The complete operational cycle functions as follows: following initial crushing, screening, and conveyor loading into the imploders, material is propelled by turbines through a series of fine-dust cyclone separators for primary and secondary classification. Dusts destined for smelting are routed directly to crucibles; materials such as quartzite and clay are packaged for direct market sale; and remaining powders are stored in silos before entering industrial mixers. These mixers blend the materials—with or without secondary additives—to create products that are either thermally flocculated in furnaces or deployed in agriculture, construction, and specialized manufacturing. The cycle concludes with the strategic application of every individual powder across diverse, economically driven sectors.
FDL: The future in your hands… beyond current physics.
Our apparatus is engineered to efficiently grind, dry, and dehydrate diverse materials, offering versatile applications across virtually every major industry. FDL technologies lead the market in delivering competitive products with entirely new, high-performance utilization properties. This capability extends directly into the realm of nanotechnology. Solving modern industrial challenges requires the creation of innovative materials with pre-set properties, supported by technical tools that achieve these results cost-effectively and sustainably.
Because conventional mechanical shredders have largely reached their technological limits, the primary objective is developing advanced processes and devices that intensify physico-chemical reactions. By utilizing turbulent, cavitation, vortex, film, and inkjet dynamics within compact devices, we produce sub-micron, highly homogeneous suspensions, emulsions, and powders. These advanced processes not only lower costs and boost performance, but also radically improve efficiency, enabling the creation of novel products unattainable through traditional manufacturing methods.
Led by top scientists at the Light Blue Dolphin New Energy Research Technology center, research and advanced development have culminated in the successful release testing of the industrial unit known as the “Fiore Di Loto Megatron.” Designed for dressing heavy-extractable elements, precious metals, and rare earths via a dry-disintegration method, our laboratories consistently yield classified micro-powders. This patented technology represents a breakthrough innovation capable of dressing, grinding, and extracting elements from ores, water, sewage, and technogenic waste. It defragments particles down to the 5–1 micron range, producing rare-earth micro-powders, complex compound powders, and finely milled carbon nanotubes or fullerenes. Comprehensive technical documentation is available to develop custom unit modifications—ranging from mobile setups to heavy industrial systems—tailored to specific ore deposits or manufacturing facilities.
The FDL resonance pulsed mill utilizes a novel, non-contact milling technology powered by an artificially generated air vortex enclosed within the processing chamber. Created on the basis of resonance vortex milling technology patented by Gian Maria Barbotto in Rome, this equipment can mill any material imaginable—from wheat grain to industrial diamonds.
The extraordinary capacity to crush materials of any hardness relies on the generation of vortex pressure gradients reaching hundreds of thousands of atmospheres, coupled with multi-stage particle resonance. These effects replicate the powerful natural dynamics of a tornado column. Operating across a frequency range from sonic to hypersonic (100 MHz and higher), the FDL Megatron subjects particles of any size to a vast spectrum of pulsed vibrations until it matches their specific resonant frequency. This mechanism enables ultra-fine milling down to hundredths and thousandths of a micron (0.01–0.001 µm).
The FDL Megatron is a gas-dynamic mill utilizing cascaded adiabatic resonance impact milling, achieving impact velocities approaching the breakdown threshold. While traditional torsion (blast) mills require compressed air pressures of 0.7–1.4 MPa, the pulsed vortex mill achieves superior results at just 0.2–0.6 MPa. This significantly reduces operational expenses and produces ultra-fine powders unattainable by standard methods. Furthermore, adiabatic expansion induces localized environmental cooling, preventing thermal degradation and localized overheating of the processed material.
The toroidal milling chamber contains no rotating or frictional parts, dramatically increasing operational life, simplifying construction, easing maintenance and cleaning, and eliminating the risk of foreign material contamination in the final product. The structural engineering of the equipment also ensures a substantial reduction in electrical power consumption compared to conventional counterparts.
Under specific operating conditions, the mill doubles as a highly efficient mixer. When processing non-homogeneous materials, resonance parameters can be adjusted to mill different components to varying sizes for easy separation—such as liberating coal from quartzite inclusions or preserving husks during grain milling.
Key Operational Benefits:
- Higher processing efficiency
- Significant reduction in processing costs
- Lower energy consumption
- Minimized equipment maintenance and servicing

The FDL system is ideally suited for fine grinding and mixing applications across mining, quarrying, cement production, food processing, power generation, gasification, ingredient processing, agriculture, and the manufacture of cosmetics, paints, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. It performs these tasks at a fraction of the cost and with far greater efficiency than conventional equipment, while effectively eliminating pathogens and odors.
